2018, Nov. - William Louis Didomizio, 70 of Nevada County CA was arrested and charged for using a sex toy on his female Labrador named Baby Girl sometime between September 15 and October 1, 2018. The dog was seized and later examined by a veterinarian. Initially Judge Linda Sloven ruled Baby Girl could be returned to Didomizio pending trial without destroying any evidence; however, that ruling was later reversed based on evidence that Baby Girl’s condition had improved during her time in foster care. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 23, 2019.

Didomizio has a prior conviction (1999) for lewd and lascivious conduct with a child under the age of 15, peeking into an inhabited dwelling, and a felon in possession of a firearm.
